MyWebSchool is tourism’s premier e-marketing learning environment.
The MyWebSchool idea originated in one of the many web marketing training workshops UntangleMyWeb.com had delivered over the past 5 years. Many operators who attended the workshop asked Fabienne and Adam how they could learn more. And the rest is history.
MyWebSchool has been developed by UntangleMyWeb.
Fabienne is co-director of UntangleMyWeb.com which she founded in 2007. She travels the country to deliver hands on training to tourism businesses on how to smartly gear their operations to reap the rewards of online marketing.
Her efforts and passion have been recognised by the Queensland Tourism Industry in 2010 when she was awarded the Tourism Young Achiever of the Year.
Fabienne is also a Director on the board of Queensland Tourism Industry Council and Judge of the 2011 Queensland Tourism Awards. In her spare time she lives in Brisbane with her daughter Charlotte, husband Warrick and 2 Jack Russell terriers.
Adam is a director of UntangleMyWeb. He has 13 years experience in web technology and business transformation at a senior level in the energy and information industry.
His key strengths lie in online marketing, project management, strategic planning, technology utilisation, software development and people management.
Mel Phillips was born a problem solver and as such loves nothing more than finding the best way to do almost anything but best of all she understands what technology and the internet has to offer.
She is passionate about working with small businesses, is forever solving problems and implementing processes and systems that ensure our clients receive the best product. Mel is working on the development of new MyWebSchool content specifically in the Convert and Relate areas of the course.
Mel is also in charge of project managing UntangleMyWeb’s key product, the self managed smart tourism website.
Julia is our account manager and is currently completing her Cert IV in training and assessment. Julia loves logic. “I LOVE to simplify, organise and make things accessible.” Julia is passionate about teaching and in particular thrives on finding out a person’s learning method and embracing it. “It’s my goal to identify what needs to be taught and then transfer that information in an interesting and logical manner.”
Mengyao is UntangleMyWeb’s technical genius. She completed her Bachelor of IT at Griffith University in 2007 with an award for her academic excellence and at the age of 22 she had graduated with a Masters in IT at Griffith University. MyWebSchool is her baby.
Mengyao grew up in a small town located in Northern China. Yes a small town of 7 million. Imagine how many Brisbane’s would fit in this small town. She came to Australia to broaden her University and career options and brings something extra to the team here at UntangleMyWeb.com with her unique cultural perspective.
